Pheasants and Huns are arriving the second week in September for the expected opening day on September 15.  This email is being sent to those who did not particpate in the Program last year but did two or more years ago and also to those Club members who have expressed an interest in joining the program at some point.

 

To take into account increases in expenses that just seem to fly away, we have set the membership fee at $500 for the coming year.  The website explains the program here, and if you would like to participate this year, please let me know at the email below, and I will be in touch with you to explain the next steps.  Also, if you have been a member in the past and know that you will definately not participate this year, please drop me a line so you will not be inundaed with subsequent emails.

 

In the past, we have allowed members to indicate in advance whether or not they would help out on volunteer work days and pay a reduced fee for that option.  This year, the procedure has changed, and for those who ultimately attend a voluntary work day, we will process a one-time credit to their account in the amount of $50.  The Club relies heavily on it's members to participate in work days, so we hope this will be an incentive for more members to help out in maintaining their Club's varied programs.

 

We look forward to a fine hunting season beginning around September 15th and hope you will chose to participate.
